Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, managing online support channels, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions, and maintaining a positive brand experience during all interactions.
Experience
Looking for a suitable candidate with 1.5yr to 3 yrs of experience is same field. Candidates preferred with Hospitality and BPO experience.
Budget - UPTO 4LPA
Shift - Rotational Shifts - 10Am - 7Pm. & 3Pm - 12AM.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices
- Skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing Online Support interactions
- Experience in addressing Technical Support concerns effectively
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
