We are looking for a Software Support Executive who will help customers understand and use our accounting and business management software. The company will provide complete training, so prior technical knowledge is not mandatory.
This role is ideal for candidates with
strong communication skills who enjoy interacting with customers and solving their queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and online support
- Explain software features and help customers use the product effectively
- Assist customers with onboarding and basic product training
- Follow up with customers to ensure smooth usage
- Resolve basic issues and coordinate with the technical team if required
- Maintain records of customer interactions and updates
- Collect customer feedback and share it with internal teams
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills

- Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Experience in customer support, telecalling, or client handling is a plus

- Comfortable working from the Ahmedabad office
