Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries through chat and email support, and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively. The Customer Support Executive will also document and escalate complex customer inquiries where necessary, ensuring accurate record-keeping and continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers
- Proficiency in handling customer support channels such as calls, chat, and email
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer inquiries and challenges
- Familiarity with basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and technology
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer information
- A collaborative attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Previous experience in customer support and a high school diploma or equivalent qualification; bachelor’s degree is a plus
