Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Support Executive. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for customers, the executive will provide online support, assist with technical issues, and ensure that any concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Online Support and resolving customer queries across digital platforms
- Technical Support skills for troubleshooting customer issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
Requirements
Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
