Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately record customer interactions in the system.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
Eligibility / Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills required.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
