Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves providing comprehensive customer support, resolving product or service-related queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns through various online channels, delivering exceptional service, and offering technical support as needed. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse customer base.
