Role Summary:
We are hiring fresh graduates for a Backend Process Executive role (Voice + Non-Voice). In this role, you will support daily business operations by handling customer queries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth backend processes. Success in this position means delivering accurate work, maintaining strong communication, and contributing to overall team performance in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

💼 Role: Backend & Voice Process
⚡ Joining: Immediate
📝 Selection Process: One-day interview process
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
• ₹20,100 In-Hand Salary
• Up to ₹3,000 Night Allowance
• Performance-based incentives up to ₹6,000–₹7,000
Responsibilities:• Handle backend operations and maintain accurate records
• Manage customer queries via calls, email, or chat professionally
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Follow company guidelines and process workflows
• Maintain data confidentiality and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet targets and deadlines
Qualifications:• Graduate (Freshers only)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
