Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Indore. The Customer Support Executive will handle a variety of tasks, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing technical support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role requires daily communication with customers via multiple channels, such as phone, email, and chat, while adhering to set protocols and maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Online Support and Technical Support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and related software is an advantage
- Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and regional languages is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in communication or related fields is a plus
