Role Description
We are looking for proactive, customer-focused, and energetic individuals who are passionate about communication and relationship building. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and creating a positive customer experience while contributing to business growth through lead generation and client engagement.
As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a key role in managing customer interactions, resolving queries, generating potential leads, and building long-term relationships with clients. If you are someone with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the confidence to connect with people professionally, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Connect with potential customers and generate leads through cold calling.
- Identify and qualify potential leads for the business.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-2 yrs of experience in Lead Generation , CRM roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and customer interaction
- Basic understanding of customer support and lead generation
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
