Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Gurgaon. The role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online and technical support, and handling customer service operations. The Customer Support Executive will address client concerns promptly and maintain a high standard of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat in a timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
- Keep records of customer interactions and follow up for resolution
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Adhere to company policies and service standards
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Support and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Online Support and providing effective Customer Service
- Proficiency in resolving issues through Technical Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Detail-oriented and capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the insurance or healthcare sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
