Job Description – Customer Support Executive
Position: Customer Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide prompt, professional, and effective support to resolve customer issues.
- Assist customers with product or service information, order-related queries, and general support requests.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage emails/chats.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior customer support experience is preferred (freshers may also apply, if applicable).
