Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Executive, based on-site (preffered) at our Ahmedabad office. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely resolutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Executive will also assist customers with technical issues, provide online support as needed, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Online Support and Customer Service
- Ability to handle Technical Support and troubleshoot customer issues effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
