Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive to join our team in Indore. The primary duties of this role include assisting customers with inquiries, addressing and resolving customer concerns, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The position involves actively managing client communication channels, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing timely updates. The role requires working collaboratively with colleagues to identify and implement customer-focused solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and resolving customer issues effectively
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and efficiently manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and basic computer applications
- Positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
