About the Role
We are hiring Product Implementation & Training Executives to onboard and train customers on our SaaS platforms — CalsoftCRM and Siru Conversational Commerce Platform.
This is a client-facing role where you will:
- Conduct product demos
- Train customers via onboarding sessions & webinars
- Help businesses adopt and effectively use our platform

Key Responsibilities:
Product Onboarding:
- Understand client requirements and assist in setting up CRM workflows
- Support customers in configuring basic modules (leads, pipelines, dashboards)
- Ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption
Training & Demos:
- Conduct live product demos and onboarding sessions
- Host webinars for new and existing customers
- Explain product features in a simple and engaging way
- Handle customer questions confidently
Customer Engagement:
- Act as a product expert and advisor
- Support customers post-demo to drive usage
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Collaboration:
- Work with sales, product, and marketing teams
- Share customer feedback
- Help create training materials and FAQs
Eligibility:
- Any graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA, etc.)
- 0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply)
- Interest in SaaS / CRM / customer-facing roles
Must Have Skills:
- Strong spoken English
- Confidence in speaking to individuals or groups
- Good presentation & explanation skills
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset
- Customer-focused attitude
Good to Have Skills:
- English / Hindi / Tamil & additional languages
- Exposure to tools like Zoom / Google Meet
- Basic understanding of business or sales processes
KPIs:
- Number of demos/webinars conducted
- Customer onboarding success rate
- Product adoption & usage
- Customer satisfaction
Growth & Training:
- Month 1–2: Structured product & demo training
- Month 3+: Independent ownership of demos & clients
- Growth into Customer Success / Product roles
