Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive. The primary responsibility includes providing efficient and friendly support to customers by addressing their inquiries promptly. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues, assisting with bookings, and troubleshooting potential technical concerns. The executive will primarily interact with customers via online channels to provide seamless support and maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Online Support and Technical Support
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers both verbally and in writing
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues
- Familiarity with CRM tools and support ticketing systems is a plus
- Capacity to thrive in a remote working environment with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred
