Job Overview:
We at Eightbit Solutions are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Support Executive to join our team for the Australia process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and converting prospects over calls. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to handle dialer systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the Australian market
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about services
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM systems
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Work efficiently with auto/predictive dialers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or lead generation
- Strong on-call conversion skills
- Experience using dialers (Auto/ Predictive)
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in international calling (Australia/UK/US process preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools
