Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to assist with daily customer interactions and data management. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently with a focus on generating leads and converting potential leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers on a daily basis (minimum 60–70 calls per day)
- Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain and update customer data in Excel sheets regularly
- Track call outcomes and ensure proper documentation of each interaction
- Follow up with customers when required
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution
- Engage with potential customers and work towards client conversion by effectively communicating service / service value
Requirements:
Good verbal communication skills
Good command of English and Hindi
Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily call targets
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior calling experience is a plus
