Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, based in Bengaluru. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt responses and effective solutions. Responsibilities include providing online support, assisting customers with concerns about BioTecNika's services and products, and ensuring a high-quality customer service experience by maintaining effective communication with students and clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build positive experiences.
- Experience in Online Support and resolving customer inquiries over email, chat, or other online platforms.
- Ability to provide Technical Support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective and timely solutions.
- Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle feedback.
- Prior experience in the education or biotechnology sector is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
