Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Nashik. Responsibilities include interacting with customers to provide seamless support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through communication and problem-solving. The role also involves supporting technical queries and offering assistance via online channels. As a primary point of contact, the Customer Support Executive plays a crucial role in fostering positive relationships and maintaining a high standard of service.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in Online Support and responding to inquiries through various platforms
- Basic understanding of and ability to provide Technical Support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Prior experience in the crypto or financial services sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service-related roles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
