Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Nashik. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key duties include providing real-time support, addressing technical concerns, and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional service and clear communication. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in interactions with customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and achieving high Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Online Support and providing solutions in a real-time, client-facing environment
- Strong skills in Technical Support and troubleshooting customer issues effectively
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with crypto trading and P2P environments is advantageous
