At Alive, we’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about delivering outstanding support and creating memorable interactions with our users.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat and calls
- Resolve user inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience
- Gather feedback to enhance our platform and services
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- 0-1 years of experience in customer support
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Experience with chat and call support tools is a plus
