Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Delhi, India. The Customer Support Executive will manage customer inquiries, provide assistance to resolve complaints promptly, offer technical support, and ensure a seamless service experience for clients. Responsibilities also include addressing online support tickets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service quality.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
• Manage international customer communication and support
• Maintain and update CMS reports
• Coordinate with operations team for shipment updates and issue resolution
• Provide timely follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 0-1 year experience in customer support
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to handle international customers
• Quick learner with a positive and professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of CMS and reporting
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month or depending on experience
