About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Helpdesk Agent to join our team as a Care Navigator. This is a work-from-home opportunity designed to support patients managing chronic conditions. The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as a vital link between patients and their healthcare providers, facilitating adherence to prescribed care plans through regular communication via WhatsApp and phone calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to motivate and support patients in their health journey. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while working in a flexible, remote environment.
Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Bengali; conversational proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
- Experience using WhatsApp for professional communication.
- Strong empathetic communication skills with the ability to motivate and support patients.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to facilitate seamless remote work.
- Previous experience in healthcare support, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily calls to monitor and support patient health, ensuring they adhere to their care plans.
- Accurately and promptly enter patient data into trackers and databases to maintain updated records.
- Guide patients through their 90-day roadmap, providing clarity and encouragement throughout their health management journey.
- Identify and escalate any concerns or adverse symptoms to the clinical team for immediate attention.
- Maintain empathetic and motivational communication to foster trust and compliance among patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive support.
- Utilize WhatsApp and phone communication tools effectively to provide consistent and reliable patient support.
