Role Description The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves responding to customer inquiries across online channels, resolving product and service issues, and ensuring a positive experience for advertisers, consumers, and publishers. The individual will troubleshoot basic technical problems, document recurring issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and product usability. Daily tasks include managing support tickets, tracking customer satisfaction metrics, and following up on open cases to ensure timely resolution. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of interactions and contributing feedback to enhance the overall quality of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on clear communication and empathy.
- Ability to manage Online Support channels and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Basic to intermediate Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting common user issues.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort using ticketing systems, CRM tools, and standard office productivity software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with product and operations teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technology or digital platforms.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
