Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for a US-based Voice & Chat Process. This is a work-from-home opportunity where you will interact with international customers through calls and chat, providing timely support and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer interactions via voice calls and chat
· Resolve queries efficiently in a professional manner
· Provide accurate information about products/services
· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
· Document customer interactions as per process guidelines
· Escalate complex issues when required
Eligibility Criteria:
· Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
· Good typing speed and accuracy (for chat support)
· Comfortable working night shifts.
· Basic computer knowledge
· Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
· Prior experience in BPO/Customer Support is preferred (fresher can apply)
System Requirements (Mandatory):
· Personal laptop/desktop
· Minimum 8GB RAM
· Windows 11 operating system
· Stable high-speed internet connection
· Noise-cancelling headset (recommended)
