101 Blockchains is looking for Customer Support Executive to manage our help desk solutions efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless support experience. We are seeking proactive professionals who can work effectively in the US shift and provide top-notch assistance to our global users.

Responsibilities:
- Able to work in US Shift
- Have to handle help desk solutions like live chats, emails and sometimes call
- Able to engage in difficult conversations over different channels.
- Talk to our users once they complete the course and get feedback
- Must have to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Excellent Written and Spoken English
- Min 2-3 years experience in a customer service role
- Ability to learn new technology and processes
- Experience working with Zendesk and other popular support tools
