• Chennai - Anna Salai
Role: Customer Support ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:
✔ Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions over calls.
✔ Assist customers with Mutual Fund and SIP-related inquiries.
✔ Provide accurate information about products and services.
✔ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
✔ Maintain records of customer interactions and follow internal processes.
Eligibility Criteria:✅ Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
✅ 0–2 years of experience in any of the following:
- Mutual Funds
- SIP
- Insurance Sales
- Customer Support (BFSI preferred)
- ✅ Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- ❌ B.Tech/B.E. candidates are not eligible.
Salary & Benefits:💰 Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
