Position Summary
The Customer Support Executive will serve as the first point of contact for candidates and clients in a secure, high-stakes testing and assessment environment. The role involves providing accurate and compliant support via phone, chat, and email, with a strong focus on test integrity, data privacy, and SLA adherence, especially during live examination windows.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound interactions through calls, chat, and email.
- Support candidates with:
- Registration, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Account access and login issues
- Test-day readiness, system checks, and general inquiries
- Score-related and post-test queries
- Provide Level-1 technical support, including:
- Browser and system compatibility
- Internet and basic network checks
- Cache, cookies, pop-ups, permissions, and peripherals
- Deliver real-time assistance during live exams, following defined escalation protocols for:
- Test disruptions
- Technical failures
- Security or integrity concerns
- Log all cases accurately in CRM/ticketing systems with audit-ready documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and test security policies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
- Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge (Windows/macOS, browsers, connectivity).
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
Education & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Experience in customer support, BPO, technical support, or high-compliance environments preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and technical aptitude may apply.
- IT or computer-related certifications are an added advantage.
