Role Description The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role involves handling customer queries and issues through phone, email, and online channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. The executive will assist jewelers and partners in using InstaLaxmi’s digital gold platform, provide basic technical guidance, and coordinate with internal teams for escalations. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions, tracking tickets, maintaining service quality standards, and contributing to high customer satisfaction. The position is offered in the compensation range of 2–5 LPA, depending on experience and skills.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on clear communication and empathy.
- Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction by resolving queries efficiently and managing feedback professionally.
- Ability to handle Online Support channels, including email, chat, and app-based support tools.
- Basic Technical Support capabilities to assist users with platform navigation, login issues, and common technical concerns.
- Additional beneficial qualifications: prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or jewelry-related domains; proficiency in English and local languages; good problem-solving abilities; comfort with CRM or ticketing tools; and a minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
