Our flagship product is an AI-powered, cloud-based accounting software that helps businesses manage billing, GST compliance, inventory, and financial reporting from anywhere, anytime.
Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth user experience with our software. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of accounting or software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via call, WhatsApp, email, or chat
- Provide product guidance and resolve technical/accounting-related issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex issues
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
- Assist in onboarding new customers and product training
Qualifications
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting (GST, billing, vouchers)
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with software tools
- Problem-solving attitude and patience while handling customers
- Prior experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
