Role Overview
This is a customer-facing communication role where your primary responsibility will be managing and enhancing the customer experience across multiple channels.
The role is heavily communication-oriented, with approximately 70% focused on voice support and customer calling, making strong verbal communication and confidence essential.
You will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction, increasing customer trust, reducing order drop-offs, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Communication
- Handle customer interactions across:
- WhatsApp Business
- Emails
- Instagram DMs & Social Media
- Voice Calls
Customer Calling & Engagement
- Conduct outbound calls for:
- Abandoned checkout recovery
- Order confirmations & assistance
- Customer feedback collection
- General customer engagement & relationship building
Issue Resolution
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with operations and internal teams for faster issue resolution
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the journey
Customer Experience Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights internally
- Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall support quality
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Confidence while handling customer calls and conversations
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic understanding of social media communication etiquette is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
