• Handle customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve issues with accuracy, empathy & clarity
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution
• Identify opportunities for upselling where applicable

• 1+ year experience in Chat Process
• Strong written English communication (B2+ or above)
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
