Job DescriptionWe are hiring Customer Support Executives for a US Healthcare voice process. This role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls with US-based clients, assisting with healthcare-related queries while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Handle voice interactions with US healthcare customers in a professional and efficient manner
- Address patient/provider queries related to healthcare services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards such as HIPAA
- Deliver high-quality customer service and meet performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria- Prior experience in a call center (US/UK voice process preferred)
- Basic understanding of US Healthcare processes and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and comprehension)
- Undergraduate candidates are welcome
Technical Requirements- Personal laptop/PC with Windows 11
- Minimum 16 GB RAM
- Dual-screen setup (Laptop + 1 external monitor)
- High-speed, stable internet connection
Work Requirements- Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US time zones
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
