Job DescriptionWe are hiring Customer Support Executives with experience in US Healthcare processes and ticketing tools (Saber or similar) for a voice-based role. The position involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls with US-based clients while ensuring high-quality service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Handle voice interactions with US healthcare customers professionally
- Address patient/provider queries related to healthcare services
- Use Saber tool or ticketing software to manage and track cases
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards such as HIPAA
- Meet quality and performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria- Mandatory: Experience in US Healthcare voice process
- Mandatory: Experience with Saber tool or any ticketing software
- Prior experience in international call centers (US/UK preferred)
- Good understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Undergraduate candidates are welcome
Technical Requirements- Personal laptop/PC with Windows 11
- Minimum 16 GB RAM
- Dual-screen setup (Laptop + 1 external monitor)
- High-speed, stable internet connection
Work Requirements- Comfortable working night shifts (US time zones)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
