We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate who can handle customer conversations with empathy, speed and clarity — on calls, WhatsApp and chat.


Role Summary

You will own day-to-day customer conversations — answering queries, solving order issues, and ensuring every customer feels heard, respected, and confident about shopping with Divine Hindu.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp messages and chat for:
  • Order status, tracking & delivery issues
  • Product info (size, usage, benefits, authenticity)
  • Payments, refunds, returns & replacements
  • Guide customers step-by-step during checkout or payment difficulty.
  • Maintain high CSAT with polite, clear, empathetic communication.
  • Log every conversation properly with structured notes & tags in CRM / dashboard.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, and Logistics teams to resolve issues.
  • Follow SOPs, TATs and escalation rules for pending or complex cases.
  • Identify repeated issues and share feedback to improve website, packaging, logistics, and product information.
  • Upsell / cross-sell relevant products where it genuinely adds value to the customer.


Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 6–24 months experience in Customer Support / Customer Service
  • Preferably in E-commerce / D2C brand / online shopping
  • Comfortable with:
  • Phone calls (Hindi + basic English)
  • WhatsApp / chat typing with good speed
  • Strong patience, listening skills, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle irate / upset customers calmly and professionally.
  • Basic computer skills – Google Sheets, CRM, ticketing tools, WhatsApp Web, etc.
  • Ready to work 6 days a week, full-time from office (Gurugram).
