We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience while adhering to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards as defined by the process.
- Follow company policies and ensure adherence to international customer service standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required for issue resolution and escalation handling.

Salary / CTC
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Work Details
- 5.5 working days per week.
