Roles Responsibilities
- Handle L1 and L2 customer escalations efficiently across calls, emails, and chats
- Manage and resolve high-priority customer issues within defined SLAs
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams for faster resolution
- Monitor escalation trends and provide actionable insights to improve service quality
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate solutions
- Maintain proper documentation of all escalations and resolutions
- Handle grievance and complaint management , including social media escalations if required
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in FinTech company
- Hands-on experience in L1 L2 escalation handling
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
