Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Experience Required: 4–6 Years
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate with 4–6 years of experience in delivering exceptional customer support, ideally in the SaaS or IT/Healthcare IT space. This role requires a customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support through various channels, including live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues on a sophisticated SaaS platform—resolving directly or collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Educate customers on product features and direct them to appropriate documentation or self-help resources.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to escalate customer feedback and feature suggestions to the Product team.
- Contribute to the training and development of our growing Support function.
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements in systems, workflows, policies, and support processes.
Required Skills:
Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Success roles.
- Proven career progression with demonstrated leadership or impact.
- Experience supporting enterprise (B2B) clients in a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with IT or Healthcare IT domains is preferred.
Key Skills:

- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-driven and highly motivated.
- Comfortable working flexible hours as needed to support global teams.
- Prior experience working with remote and/or offshore support teams is a plus.
