We're Hiring | Customer Support Engineer – Cloud & GPU Infrastructure.
Nuventure Connect is hiring engineers to support a US-based client operating in the AI and GPU cloud infrastructure industry.
We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Linux, networking, cloud infrastructure troubleshooting and customer-facing technical support.
Key Skills:
- Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL)
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
- Cloud Infrastructure / NOC / MSP Support
- Incident Management and ITSM Tools
- Grafana / Prometheus Monitoring
- NVIDIA GPU Diagnostics
- Kubernetes / Python / Bash – Advantage.
Experience: 4+ years preferred
Location - Remote
Employment: Full-time
This is not a traditional help-desk role. We are looking for engineers who can troubleshoot real infrastructure issues, own customer incidents and collaborate with experienced NOC and engineering teams.
Prior GPU experience is an advantage, but strong Linux and infrastructure support engineers are encouraged to apply.
