Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Support Engineer role based on-site at our Ahmedabad location. The Customer Support Engineer will handle client interactions to ensure satisfaction, provide technical and troubleshooting support, and resolve product-related issues. The role involves visiting customer sites for technical evaluations and performing field services for maintenance, repair, or installation. The individual will also document service activities and collaborate closely with internal teams to address technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and providing clear, timely updates
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support experience to identify and resolve technical issues with solar solutions
- Field Service skills, including the ability to conduct on-site inspections, installations, and maintenance
- Strong interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
- Technical knowledge of solar power systems or renewable energy solutions is an advantage
- Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Technology, or a related technical field is preferred
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and field service as needed
