In this role, you will:
✔️ Interact with customers and provide technical support remotely
✔️ Monitor and analyze system performance
✔️ Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
✔️ Prepare reports and documentation
✔️ Gain hands-on experience in energy management and power solutions
Who should apply?
🎓 Fresh graduates in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related engineering disciplines
🎓 Good communication and problem-solving skills
🎓 Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer-facing technical role
🎓 Preference shall be given to the candidate having knowledge of Diesel Generators & worked with any Diesel Generator Manufacturer or Service Provider.
