Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Engineer will address customer inquiries, provide technical support, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure satisfaction through timely resolutions. The role also involves conducting field service operations, collaborating with clients, and maintaining strong professional communication to build trust and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Field Service to provide exceptional assistance and resolve client issues effectively.
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and repair hardware or equipment-related problems.
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, document solutions, and provide clear instructions.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle on-site client interactions with professionalism.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field is a plus, along with prior experience in the electromechanical or service industry.
