Background to the Role
One of our Business Division specializes in Installation, Warranty and Post-warranty Services for IT / OA, AV products (including Interactive Large Format Displays, Kiosks, Digital Signages, LED Televisions, Projection Systems, Conference Room Solutions etc.)
The current role is for Customer Support executives who have Customer coordination, techno-operational support of working on similar products from our office in South Delhi.
The Roles and Responsibilities:
- Your primary role will be to support Customers, Field Technicians and be a bridge between the Customer, Distributor / Systems Integrator, Client, Company and other stakeholders to deliver services within the SLAs. The services include Installation, Demo, Training, Warranty Services, Post-warranty Repairs etc.
- The role will start from Call Login to final closure
- You will be responsible for Evaluation and prioritisation of customer support cases so as to Maintaining the SLA with the customer for long term engagement
- You will also resolve the issues or give inputs on the alternate methods of solving the issue
- You should have contacts in the service centres so as to search and identify the suitable service centre / technicians at nearest location to the customer site which will also include evaluating their capability in terms of operational and technical knowledge & experience
- The work situations will be under pressure with tight timelines and achieving service performances meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Having a minimum of 3 years of experience exclusively in the Installation and Field Repair Services of IT / OA and AV products in a highly professional environment
- Should be technically strong to troubleshoot breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services remotely as well at customer sites.
- Flexible to travel anywhere in India and abroad in case of any project requirement.
- Has excellent communications skills in English including with international clients
Other Notes: ·
Education: Ideally an Electronics Engineering Graduate or a Diploma Holder
Experience: Minimum 3 years of similar experience with proven performances
Working Hours:
Office hours are 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Saturday; extended working hours may be required
