Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Customer Support Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, managing customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction. The role requires effective communication with clients, coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution, and maintaining customer service records. The incumbent will also play a critical role in fostering long-term customer relationships through exceptional support and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams effectively
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess, diagnose, and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Organizational skills for managing customer records and addressing multiple inquiries
- Proven ability to manage challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
