🎯 Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Delivery Associate to support and guide learners through Deferral, Refund, and Program Change requests. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a seamless learner experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Resolve day-to-day learner queries and ensure timely closure within defined SLAs
- Communicate with learners through official channels regarding request updates
- Manage multiple learner cases efficiently while ensuring SLA adherence
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide learner-centric resolutions within guidelines
🧠 Skills Required
- Strong active listening skills to understand learner concerns effectively
- Excellent English communication (both verbal and written)
- High customer-centric approach to enhance learner experience
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and maintain consistent communication
🎓 Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in mentoring, customer success, or academic support is an added advantage
