Role: Customer Support Executive
Location: PAN India (Remote / Hybrid / On-site)
Experience: 0–8 Years
Salary: As per industry standards (based on role & company)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat
Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
Follow standard operating procedures and service guidelines
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic knowledge of tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms
Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach
Ability to handle multiple queries and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
