Customer Support!
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records of customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer support processes and policies.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with ZOHO software and customer support tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Customer Support team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
