Role Overview
We are hiring for the Ride Process – Safe Ride Customer Support role. Candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving ride-related queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in a fast-paced support environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply
- Minimum 6 months of customer support experience is mandatory
- Strong communication skills (B2 level required)
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls/chat/email
- Resolve ride and safety-related concerns promptly
- Provide accurate information and support to customers
