As a Customer Support Expert, you will handle voice-based travel support queries such as bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, and general service assistance — ensuring a smooth experience for every customer.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional voice-based customer support
- Assist customers with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds
- Deliver accurate, timely resolutions with high customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with quality, process, and security guidelines
- Work collaboratively with Team Leaders, SMEs, QA & internal support teams
- Maintain complete confidentiality of customer data
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education
- Graduate preferred
- 12th pass also considered
- Graduation pursuing candidates eligible
✔ Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in voice / chat / email / customer support
