Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support role based in Mumbai. The Customer Support professional will manage customer interactions to resolve inquiries, provide technical assistance, and ensure a positive service experience. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining detailed records, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and communicate empathetically with customers.
- Experience in Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related technical issues.
- Analytical Skills to assess and solve complex problems promptly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English (additional regional language skills are a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in any field; prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
